 @joemcgill @petitphp I just reviewed the two PRs, I think
 https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/5052 is a cleaner
 solution as it solves the problem at its root: The bug here is caused by
 the cache storing full paths. What it should store is only the paths
 starting below the WordPress root directory, e.g. starting at `wp-
 includes`.

 https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/5052 actually solves
 that while https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/5112 is a
 workaround.
