 I'm sorry you were experiencing an issue with your site. It seems that
 this not an is with WordPress itself, but rather a potential issue with
 the Bluehost plugin. This Trac instance is only for issues with the
 default WordPress Core software.

 If you're still seeing issues with your caching site's settings, please
 reach out to Bluehost support for further assistance.

 I'm going to close this ticket out as `invalid` (which seems harsh), but
 it's just the default ticket resolution and there's no action that can be
 taken on the WordPress side.
