 Hmm interesting. This could be related. `WP_Fatal_Error_Handler` calls
 `load_default_textdomain()`. The error indicates an unusual code path were
 the `$wp_textdomain_registry` global hasn't been set yet. We can keep an
 eye on this. If this happens on more usual setups too then it might be
 worth its own ticket.
