 Hey, thanks for the latest WP version 6.3. I wanted to remark that moving
 the "open in new tab" toggle one layer deeper into the UI is not a very
 helpful feature. It doesn't do anything for me that I now get less info
 when I click on a link in the editor. I constantly turn links into open in
 new tab ones and vice versa. Now I have to click into "Advanced" each
 time.

 I hope other people will remark on this and it will be rolled back or at
 least give us an option.
