 I was hoping that bumping the package version in
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/4877 PR 4877] (with
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/52144 PR 52144] for the e2e-
 test-utils package included) would resolve the timeouts, but it did not,
 so this needs some further investigation.
