 Yea, in my opinion the browser/UI/UX problems have always been much larger
 than the PHP or DB problems, and much harder to fix. Seems the only
 possibilities would either be autocomplete or some sort of "advanced
 search" popup/modal. Any type of "drop-downs", even multi-row, seem
 impossibly hard to use when the entries are somewhere over 50-ish, no
 matter how you look at it.
