 Thanks for the ticket!

 Since the [https://make.wordpress.org/hosting/handbook/server-
 environment/#database Hosting handbook] mentions MariaDB 10.4 as the
 minimum recommended version, I think we could do the same in core for now.
 That would also match what was done for 10.3 last year in [53435] and
 [54069].
