 Indeed, it would be nice to clarify those two strings using translator
 comments.
 I'd suggest the following:
 - For https://planet.wordpress.org/feed/
 `Link to the Planet feed of the locale`
 - For https://planet.wordpress.org/
 `Link to the News website of the locale`
