 Those changesets were merged in WordPress 6.1 and are still included in
 6.2.

 The deprecation notice could be triggered by a plugin or theme, does it
 still happen on a clean install?

 Also, looking at comment:133:ticket:54504, might be a good idea to confirm
 that the site did in fact successfully update to 6.2, e.g. by doing a full
 file comparison.
