 I don't have access to WP specific data, but based on world-wide usage,
 PHP 7.2.24 would be a good version to set as minimum:
 https://w3techs.com/technologies/details/pl-php/7.2

 The CVE version listing looks to be grossly out of date:
 https://www.cvedetails.com/version-list/74/128/1/PHP-PHP.html so it may be
 harder to determine which version to choose based on known
 vulnerabilities.
