 Site health is reporting problems that do not exist and should have a "Do
 not show this again" option.

 "Have a default theme available Security" is ridiculous for sites that run
 custom themes. If my theme is broken, so is my business. Falling back to a
 different theme is useless.

 "You should use a persistent object cache Performance". This is a one-size
 fits all response that isn't applicable everywhere.

 "Page cache is not detected but the server response time is OK"

 This is another one. A site that has excellent response times should not
 be prompted to install more plugins that won't make a difference.

 These messages desensitize users to actual problems. After a few months of
 "Not this again", users will ignore all the messages.
