 @schlessera In terms of the `wp-includes/Requests/src` files not being
 cleaned up when downgrading via WP-CLI, i.e.:

  Warning: Checksums not available for WordPress 6.2-alpha-54642-src/en_US.
 Please cleanup files manually.

 Am I right that this is because `Core_Command::cleanup_extra_files()`
 [https://github.com/wp-cli/core-
 command/blob/762c7ce14a5ff7f2071e8c226f44d296211e7e2e/src/Core_Command.php#L990
 compares checksums] based on `api.wordpress.org`, and that the cleanup
 should work fine after final release when `api.wordpress.org` has a
 version to compare to?
