 Tested **55990.4** patch on **6.2-alpha-54642-src** with Twenty Twenty
 theme. Tested on both **post** and **pages**.
 1. Added Pullquote block with default settings. The quote color is black
 and the citation color is gray in both editor and in the front end.
 2. Added a Pullquote block with suggested text colors. Both the quote
 color and citation color are same in the editor and in the front end. As
 expected.
 3. Added a Pullquote block with custom text colors. Both the quote color
 and citation color are same in the editor and in the front end. As
 expected.
 4. Added multiple Pullquote block in the same page with different colors.
 All outputs with respective colors. As expected.
