Comment:

 We reviewed this ticket again today during the Accessibility Team's weekly
 bug scrub.

 It isn't clear to us if this ticket is accessibility-related, so we're
 removing the focus.

 Also, as the reporter talks about pasting content, this might be related
 to the editor: I'm changing the component to see if the maintainer is able
 to move this ticket forward.
