 Meta / Offtopic: I usually always try to find existing issues, but failed
 here.
 - https://core.trac.wordpress.org/search is really awful.
   - Only two checkboxes:  Search in: ☑︎ Changesets  ☑︎ Tickets
   - No "only search in title" filter or component filters. Nothing.
 - The linked help page https://core.trac.wordpress.org/wiki/TracSearch
   - Does not present any query language either.
   - Seems to be really that limited.
   - Hard to conduct a proper research prior reporting for the occasional
 contributor.
   - Possibly low hanging fruit (search option config? better help text?)
 to improve the community experience.
