 Hi, someone has uploaded a page to my website without my permission. I am
 the admin of the website and the only user. The unwanted page is
 https://ocelmarketing.com/wp-admin/includes/verification/usps-
 post/required/re/redelivery/index.php
 Please delete this page as soon as possible. My website will be suspended
 if this page is not deleted.
