 Would it be feasible to add search by ID to the
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/trunk/packages/core-
 data/src/fetch/__experimental-fetch-link-suggestions.js#L70
 fetchLinkSuggestions] function?

 There are times when I'm working on large sites and I have pages with
 identical names in different sections of the site. If I could just plug
 the ID in, it'd save me a fair bit of time and hassle.
