Comment:

 There seems to be a regression here. This line

 `window.wp.editor = window.wp.oldEditor = window.wp.oldEditor || {};`

 overwrites `wp.editor` with `wp.oldEditor`. The old code was just adding
 to `wp.editor`:

 {{{
 window.wp.editor = window.wp.editor || {};
 window.wp.editor.getDefaultSettings = function() {
 ...
 }}}

 Patch coming up.
