 Hi,
 As the image below shows, two identical users (Same email, username,
 password, nicename and creation date) have been created on my
 installation.
 The log does not contain any information in that time period.
 I tried replicating the problem, but without any luck.

 It may be related with #30959 and #33376

 Unfortunatelly, I have no further informations about this issue.
