 Good morning, we found the following error in the wordpress logs without
 the possibility of downloading the translations:

 To solve this we have added the following line to the file
 https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/master/wp-admin/includes
 /translation-install.php#L47
  of the official image of docker wordpress:latest

 'blocking'    => true,

 This solves the problem of downloading data from
 api.wordpress.org
