 Awesome. What I'd really like to see in WordPress is a tool to analyze all
 the core CSS (including Gutenberg and excluding third-party tools) and
 provide some data.

 Five years ago in #35783 I tried a very non-scientific method just passing
 the admin minified stylesheet to cssstats.com and got some results:

 Re: colors:
 - 55 unique text colors
 - 49 unique background colors

 Things are certainly changed in 5 years but I'm pretty sure the numbers
 are still pretty high.

 Such a tool would greatly help in making well informed decision and
 establish a good plan.
