 Patch [attachment:"51742.patch"] removes extra space from the `disabled`
 tag and checked function.

 When auto-update set to false using `define('WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE', false)`
 then an empty p tag generated that also removed in a patch.

 Feel feel to update patch it anything wrong
