 Hi there, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

 Could you share the code you're using to enable DWG support? Looking at
 the Media Library templates, WP is supposed to display filenames in Grid
 mode for non-image files that don't have a thumbnail, but seems to think
 that DWG should have one, even though there is currently no support for
 that in core.

 At a glance, this appears to be a regression in [49012] / #49655. Moving
 to the milestone for investigation.
