 I have found that this plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/accelerated-
 mobile-pages/ ) is not doing it job properly.

 in the recent experience, I am using Easy table of content plugin on my
 site, but after installing 'AMP for WP plugin' it does not optimize table
 of content for APM pages.

 This is because they sell their on 'Easy table of content Plus' plugin for
 this sake in pro version.

 I think they should not block that which is can be optimize easily form
 the desktop version of the page.
