 On windows systems, theme directory location displays mixed slashes.
 wp_normalize_path can replaces backslashes with forward slashes and will
 look better on windows system.

 Currently it is like C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress-svn/wp-
 content/themes/twentytwenty

 After adding wp_normalize_path : C:/xampp/htdocs/wordpress-svn/wp-
 content/themes/twentytwenty
