 Hi,
 I just upgraded WordPress from the last release 5.3.2 to the latest
 version and it says I have the latest version installed, however, is says
 WordPress 4.8.2 something and now the entire site has issues.

 You have the latest version of WordPress. Future security updates will be
 applied automatically.
