 Yes, I agree but if you add this on the setup wizard then it will be still
 available on the General settings. So, if anyone needs to disable it later
 then he/she can disable from the general settings. My main intention was
 to show this option at the first point of installation.

 If WooCommerce adds this on their setup-wizard that is also good. I will
 be happy with any solution which preferred by!
