 @garrett-eclipse @johnjamesjacoby @desrosj For select elements you'll need
 to make sure you have the latest patch from #47477 applied.

 Even with that there are still differences between the size of the select
 elements and regular inputs, which is due to the font-size being different
 (13px for selects, 14px for inputs).
