 There have been some fixes in Gutenberg related to a couple of those
 things, GB17571 fixed the category checkboxes. There was also a fix for
 the radio buttons, but that seems to still need some work—I'm seeing the
 same issue as mentioned above currently.

 I'll look at fixing those today over on the GB repo.
