 Added a patch that marks the `pending` post status as having a floating
 date as well. See https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/13176.

 Creating a new ticket to update the hardcoded list of statuses in
 `wp_insert_post` as well: https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
