 Thanx for the updated patch.  I'll give this a test later today (tomorrow
 at the latest).

 Do we need unit tests?   this ticket has the `needs-unit-tests` keyword.

 Agreed that that would a good ''future iteration''...no sense in trying to
 jam it in at this late date.
