 Steps to reproduce:

 1) Open the WordPress admin panel
 2) Create a new page. And add a File Block. File name as well as Download
 button will be
 displayed.
 3) Replace the file name with another hyperlink or page URL.
 4) Publish the page.
 5) View the page and click on the file link.
 6) Now return back to the backend of the page. You will be able to see an
 error message at the backend.
