 Hi @nuxidesigns,

 Welcome to Trac! Do you mean the "Custom Links" section? If so, do you
 have any plugins active that may be altering the behavior of the Menus
 screen?

 In my testing just now, I still see the Custom Links section. If you are
 able to, screenshots and more detailed steps to reproduce the issue would
 help.
