 At colleges and universities using WordPress, we legally must comply with
 ADA guidelines. With the new WCAG 2.1 Guidelines, videos must contain a
 description within the html before the embedded content. Videos must have:
 <H1> Heading <H1>
 <iframe title= "detailed video description" src="....." />

 Is there any way to add a description field when uploading video that'll
 be embedded before the source is listed?
