 @noisysocks of course we can, it's just that there will me more cruft in
 there:

 - a new form (e.g. retrievepassword)
 - a new function to update the admin_email option
 - some new "if" statements in the default case of the switch $action
 block, because we can show this form only after the user is logged in and
 we know they have their capabilities set up

 It's not hard as I said, I just feel that it will make complexity more
 complex haha and I don't like it. Hooking into login_redirect seems more
 elegant, albeit more work.
