 * Riffing a little on @karmatosed's design, I've changed the "Show copy
 options" link to just be a "Copy to clipboard" button. The `textarea` is
 permanently hidden.
 * Improved the non-English language check to only show the "Copy to
 clipboard (English)" button when its a non-`en` locale, rather than a
 non-`en_US` locale.
 * Added extra margin on mobile devices.

 There's still plenty of work to be done, but I'm happy to commit this, and
 continue iterating over the next few weeks.
