 Sounds like the hosting company is inserting/appending a string (tracking
 pixel) to the JS file? Ugh...

 In any case, this doesn't seem to be an issue in core. Manipulating JS
 files is a big no-no! Please contact your host and open a thread on the

 forum] to track any progress.
