 Just noting that the line-height in core also determines the height of
 many input fields. As the system fonts vary across operating systems, many
 input fields end up having a different height on different OSes. Changes
 to line-height for inputs, selects, etc. should be tested on all the major
 operating systems: macOS, Windows, and at least one GNU-Linux distro.
