Comment:

 Discussed during today's accessibility bug-scrub: this was a nice
 enhancement proposed for the Classic editor. Not sure it’s worth it now
 that the default editor is Gutenberg. Closing. Do feel free to reopen if
 you feel this enhancement is worth it.
