 On my phone with Android 8.1, emoji detection script doesn't seem to work.

 I have created this site based on wp-themes.com for demo:

 Here's how it displays.

 The two emoji are: Man Facepalming: Light Skin Tone and Woman: Medium-
 Light Skin Tone, Red Hair

 The first emoji displayed is native, implying that the test thinks that
 the browser supports Unicode 11.
