 When I've updated wordpress to 5.1 the main content area doesn't work
 properly when on fullscreen mode.
 I've a clean install with no plugins activated and using the default
 twentynineteen theme I can't scroll down the page. This bug persist on
 chrome. I've also checked this on firefox and safari and all is working as
 expected.
