 @themattroyal Yes, you are correct; this is a valid bug.

 @subhankara `add_image_size()` allows developers to define the crop
 location on hard cropped images. Multiple images of the same size but with
 different crop locations (eg 300x300 center cropped, and 300x300 top
 cropped) produce the same file name and one crop deletes the other.
