 processing the image resize function. This should allow for backwards
 compatibility as it does not change the existing filters or any of the
 other Imagick options.

 If you are going to add a filter for the resize function, we should add
 one for the sharpening that happens below as well since it does better
 with different sharpening parameters once you use a better resizing
 algorithm.
