If you use upcoming Emojis (Like U+1F90D White Heart -
https://emojipedia.org/white-heart/ ), WordPress is unable to save the
 change.
Works at some places, doesn't work at other places.

In the customizer, i can use the Emoji for the site title and description
 without any problems.
If i instead try to use the emoji for a widget title the preview works,
 but saving does not.

There is no error message, all other things i changed will be saved, just
the affected field keeps it old value.

Workaround: In areas where i am allowed to insert HTML, i can just write
 &#1F90D; to use the emoji.
