 Thanks for following up, @ravipatel!

 I am able to see what you mean now. This is intentional, though. In the
 grid view of the media library, images selected as the Site Icon, Site
 Logo, or Site Header are not shown. This was introduced in [41937] for
 version 4.9. For more details, check out #21819.

 When an image is cropped for the Site Logo, Site Header, or Site Icon, a
 `_wp_attachment_context` post meta key is added to the attachment. When
 the images are displayed in the media library and within media modals, any
 attachment with a context is filtered out. This was done to avoid many
 duplicate images from showing in the library and confusing the user.

 If you need to manage these images, you can use the Grid view in the media
 library.
