 It's worth pointing out that bcmath is of value only if the userland code
 uses the `bc*()` functions that the extension provides. It doesn't
 automatically increase the precision of native floating point
 calculations.

 It's not beneficial to the end user to recommend an extension such as this
 unless core is going use its functions. Literally any extension could be
 recommended using the logic that the extension is useful if userland code
 uses its functions.
