 If I have 2 tabs open editing pages, they have apparently got synchronised
 autosaves. These seem to compete for the db connection resulting in delays
 and occasional failures to autosave.

 As a suggested way to fix this, you should consider only autosave queuing
 in the server side.

 Another annoyance in autosave is that it prevents a normal save. If
 autosave is in progress I should be able to queue up a proper save to
 happen immediately after the autosave.
