 I wonder if using an error notice would make sense similar to the one
 found on the Plugins list (screenshot just uploaded). The two strings
 could probably match closer and possibly use the following string to
 clarify it won't update because of this;
 "There is a new version of Media File Renamer available, but it doesn’t
 work with your version of PHP"
