 @afragen suggestion seems good to me. But I'm wondering if we can diminish
 the sentences length by replacing the second 'This update' by 'It'. Saying
 this because of the space available for additional strings in the view.

 We'll then have something like {{{ This update doesn't work with your
 current version of PHP. It requires a minimum of PHP %s. Learn more about
 updating PHP. }}}
