Comment:

 I was able to resolve the issue by enabling update in the settings of the
 plugin UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin
 (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) I also added the following
 string to the wp-config.php define('WP_CRON_LOCK_TIMEOUT', 300);

 Maybe this ticket can be closed.
